Miach Holistic Therapies love to continue to provide you with the latest treatments – so in September of this year, Will is embarking on a CPD course in dry needling. For those that don’t know – the dry needling technique uses a “dry” needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle. This treatment is known to relieve pain or improve range of motion. Research also suggest that dry needling improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, and normalises nerve impulses. This can help improve the patient’s return to active rehabilitation. Wish me luck!
